Dora began her career as a dental nurse and developed advanced clinical knowledge through two decades of hands-on experience across general and specialist dental settings. Building on this foundation, she transitioned into management, where she has spent the last 15 years successfully leading multidisciplinary teams, improving service quality and driving operational excellence.
