Dr David Tissera qualified from King’s College School of Medicine & Dentistry London in 1997. He continued his postgraduate education in the maxillofacial and oral surgery and paediatric departments at London’s King’s College and St. George’s hospitals. He has undertaken postgraduate training in orthodontics, restorative and aesthetic dentistry and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Implant Dentistry.

David has also worked as a hospital honorary clinician in restorative dentistry, where he routinely dealt with complex cases and anxious patients referred by other dentists – expertise he now brings to his own patients.

David is a highly experienced dental surgeon who has been in private practice for almost 27 years. He has a special interest in advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry and performing smile makeovers. He is an experienced practitioner of adult aesthetic orthodontics for many systems. including Invisalign and clear ceramic braces, as well as all aspects of teeth whitening.

David believes in providing the highest quality dental care using state-of-the-art digital technology, offering comprehensive solutions to his patients. He is continuously adding to his skill set by attending postgraduate courses. Being an articulate and calming person has enabled David to grow a loyal patient base over the years based almost solely on personal recommendation.

When not involved in all things dental, he enjoys spending time with his family and indulges in his hobby of photography and enjoys cooking.
