After qualifying as a dental nurse, Debra undertook additional qualifications in Implant Nursing and CIEH Risk Assessment. They have over 18 years of experience working as a dental nurse, in which they have provided both NHS and private care.

In Debra's role of Lead Nurse here at Bupa Dental Care Leeds, she provides support and direction to our nursing team to enhance their skills and performance. She also provides chair-side assistance to patients, and particularly enjoy supporting endodontic and cosmetic dentistry treatments. Debra supervises various elements of our dental practice. They work closely with our practice manager to deliver quality care to patients in line with General Dental Council, Care Quality Commission and HTM 01-05 guidelines, health and safety requirements, and other legislation.
