Dr. Estela Baz is a highly qualified and experienced implant surgeon and specialist periodontist with over 15 years of clinical expertise. She graduated in dentistry from the University of Barcelona and went on to complete a full-time, three-year master’s in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Periodontology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, University College London.

Estela holds the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) Specialist Diploma and is a registered Specialist Periodontist with the General Dental Council. She is also a member of both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh, having achieved the MPerio Diploma in recognition of her advanced clinical training.

Her clinical practice spans both the South West Coast and Central London, where she is known for delivering high-level periodontal and implant care, with a particular interest in the management of soft tissues and complex multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Baz is passionate about education. She has held multiple academic and leadership roles, including:

• Clinical Lecturer and Unit Lead for the MSc in Implantology at the University of Bristol
• Examiner for the MPerio Diploma at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh
• Clinical Lecturer at the Eastman Dental Hospital (UCL)
• Lecturer for the MSc in Periodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute
• Co-director of the Richmond Study Club for the International Team for Implantology (ITI)
