Nabel qualified as a dentist in 1996 and went on to work in both general practice and dental hospitals. In 2000, Nabel undertook three years of postgraduate orthodontic training at Guy’s Hospital, qualifying in 2003. He was awarded an MSc and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, allowing him to be registered as a specialist orthodontist with the General Dental Council. In April 2021, Nabel completed the Aligner Intensive Fellowship course, and Nabel is a member of the British Orthodontic Society.

Alongside general orthodontic procedures, Nabel offers a range of treatments for more complex cases. His main clinical interests are self-ligating appliances, and surgical and hypodontic cases.
