David graduated with commendation in 2005 having already achieved an intercalated BSc (DentSci) in anatomical science in 2003. After graduating, they moved to London where they worked in the community dental service. David then undertook hospital training positions in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, paediatric dentistry, oral medicine and dental radiology. After completing their hospital positions, they worked in general dental practice in West London where David developed their interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and decided to pursue specialist training in the field. They entered a four-year specialist training programme in endodontics at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London, in 2010. David completed the programme with a distinction, gaining the MClinDent and MEndo (RCSEd) qualifications. The research they performed as part of their specialist training have been published in an international peer-reviewed journal and David have also contributed to dental textbooks and reviewed scientific papers. They always take time to explain all available treatment options to their patients to ensure they're fully informed about their treatment. David aims to provide a comfortable environment and has a relaxed and friendly manner.
