Training and qualifications

Dr Claire Paul qualified from the University of Leeds in 2015. Following foundation training, she worked as a senior house officer in paediatric dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery in Cardiff, during which time she gained membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. After a year working in Australia, Claire returned to Northern Ireland to take up a role in an oral surgery practice.

Committed to postgraduate education, Claire also completed a PGCE in Clinical Education at Queen’s University Belfast.

Treatments offered

Claire has a special interest in oral surgery and is trained in both inhalation and intravenous sedation, helping even the most anxious patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout treatment. She is known for her calm, gentle approach and attention to detail, delivering high quality care in a professional yet friendly environment. Claire’s warm personality and good humour help patients feel at ease and well cared for throughout their treatment.

Outside of work, Claire is kept busy chasing after her two young boys and enjoys making the most of family life, whether that’s getting outdoors or catching up with friends over good food and coffee.
