Our lead receptionist, Karen has worked with us as a dental receptionist for more than 10 years.
Karen began her journey in a busy six surgery NHS practice, which had a small private patient base. In August 2018, she was thrilled to join the Malt House Specialist team. She enjoys being an important part of patients’ journeys, greeting them and making them feel as comfortable as possible, and the lead position has provided her with the opportunity to further increase her skill set.
