Karen began their journey in a busy six surgery NHS practice, which had a small private patient base. In August 2018, they were thrilled to join the Malt House Specialist team. Karen enjoys being an important part of patients' journeys, greeting them and making them feel as comfortable as possible, and the lead position has provided their with the opportunity to further increase their skill set.
