Dr Ahmed Al-Khayatt is a highly experienced consultant in restorative dentistry with more than 20 years of clinical experience across hospital, specialist and multidisciplinary settings. He has developed advanced expertise in all aspects of restorative dentistry, with a particular focus on complex oral rehabilitation and comprehensive patient care.

Dr Al-Khayatt qualified in 2000 and achieved specialist recognition in restorative dentistry and its three associated monospecialties: fixed and removable prosthodontics, endodontics and periodontics. During his training at St George's Hospital, London, he developed advanced specialist skills across restorative and rehabilitative disciplines.

Ahmed was subsequently appointed Clinical and Surgical Head and Neck Fellow, where he gained extensive experience in complex oral rehabilitation, particularly in the management of patients following head and neck cancer treatment.

Ahmed has combined an active clinical career with significant contributions to teaching, research and professional leadership. Since 2012, he has worked as a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Oral/Facial Rehabilitation at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

He has published widely within his specialist fields, lectured nationally and internationally, and served as a Specialty Advisor in Restorative Dentistry for the Yorkshire region. He has also achieved Membership and Fellowship with the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of England, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Ahmed has extensive experience across all areas of restorative dentistry, with particular expertise in complex implant rehabilitation and multidisciplinary treatment planning. Key areas of interest include implant-supported rehabilitation, fixed and removable prosthodontics, the restorative dentistry and oral surgery interface, occlusal reconstruction and the management of complex restorative cases.

Dr Al-Khayatt accepts referrals for endodontics, complex implant rehabilitation, fixed and removable prosthodontics, occlusal reconstruction and multidisciplinary restorative treatment planning.
