Dr Miles Grout is an experienced restorative and implant dentist with a passion for creating healthy, functional and aesthetically pleasing smiles. He takes a comprehensive, patient-centred approach to treatment, focusing on long-term oral health, facial harmony and predictable outcomes.
Dr Grout is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has completed postgraduate qualifications in restorative dentistry, dental sedation and pain management, and implant dentistry. He has been placing and restoring dental implants since 2007, developing extensive expertise in both routine and complex implant cases.
Miles is one of a select group of dentists in Europe to have achieved Dawson Academy Scholar status, reflecting advanced training in complete dentistry, including temporomandibular joint (TMJ) function, occlusion and masticatory function. He has undertaken postgraduate training internationally across the USA, Europe and Hong Kong, working alongside and learning from leading clinicians in restorative and implant dentistry.
Miles has developed extensive experience in multidisciplinary treatment planning and complex restorative care, combining advanced clinical techniques with a strong focus on patient comfort and long-term success. He is particularly experienced in managing anxious patients and has provided sedation for hundreds of individuals, helping them receive treatment in a calm and supportive environment.

Miles has extensive experience across all areas of implant and restorative dentistry, with particular expertise in comprehensive smile rehabilitation. Key areas of interest include dental implant placement and restoration, guided implant surgery, bone augmentation procedures, sinus lift techniques, full-arch rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction management and occlusal treatment planning.
Dr Grout accepts referrals for sedation, dental implants and guided implant placement, bone augmentation, PRGF (Plasma Rich in Growth Factors) procedures, TMJ dysfunction treatment, full-arch restorations, crowns and bridges, veneers and cosmetic dentistry.
