Training and qualifications
Andrew Mccarthy graduated from Newcastle University in 2000. Following his vocational training, he relocated to London as principal in two private dental practices where he offered a broad range of treatments and procedures. Andrew joined Bupa Dental Care in 2012, most recently joining Total Dental Care Peterborough in July 2023.
Treatments offered
Andrew has held Platinum Elite status as a provider of Invisalign aligners for some 15 years. This allows him to provide discreet teeth straightening solutions to those seeking a more confident smile.
During this time he has completed over 2000 clear aligner cases. This level of experience allows him to take on more complex cases and to complete routine cases with a minimum of additional aligners. He is also able to provide other orthodontic treatments, including Six Month Smiles and Inman Aligners.
Andrew can provide his patients with an array of routine dentistry treatments and cosmetic treatments and has an interest in treating obstructive sleep apnoea with mandibular advancement appliances.
