Suresh is our visiting dentist in implants and oral surgery with over 20 years’ experience. He completed his Royal College of Surgeons of England membership exams in 2006 and his Royal College of Surgeons Ireland Fellowship exams in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine in 2008.
Suresh holds an MSc in Dental Implantology from the University of Bristol. He has also completed extensive training in various complex bone grafting procedures, sinus lift and block bone graft techniques. He is currently undergoing further training in immediate full arch restoration using implants.
As well as placing implants, Suresh carries out complex extractions and management of benign soft tissue lesions in the mouth. Alongside working at our practice, Suresh is also an associate dentist in the maxillofacial department at Derriford Hospital.
Having been previously an examiner for GDC and RCS of England, Suresh is involved in teaching junior oral surgery trainees at the university hospital of Plymouth NHS Trust, and is a visiting adjunct professor in Oral Surgery for Penang International Dental College in Malaysia.
