If you've got Bupa Dental Insurance.
You can choose how you make a claim, whether it's for preventative, restorative, emergency, or oral cancer treatment.
For preventative treatment, you can submit a claim via the My Bupa app.
Just upload your receipt or invoice and follow the in-app instructions on your phone or tablet to complete your claim.
You can also do this on your computer. For other types of treatments, you'll need to submit a little more information.
Follow the same steps and upload a receipt that includes your dentist's name, practice name and postcode.
The name of the person being treated, confirmation that treatment has taken place and proof that you have paid for the treatment.
Some Bupa dental practices also offer Instant Claim, a service that means we can pay the practice directly up to your benefits allowances.
Just let the receptionist know after your appointment and leave the rest to us.
Remember, you'll need to pay for any dental treatment that isn't covered by your policy.

Make a claim at your dental practice
If you have treatment at a Bupa dental practice, you can usually claim on the same day at the reception desk. Check which Bupa practices offer our 'Instant claim' service.
You need to pay for your treatment if you get it done at any other dental practice - for example, an NHS dentist. You can then make a claim with your receipt and get your money back through My Bupa
Make a claim by post
You can also make a dental insurance claim by post. Download our claim form and send it to us by post at: Bupa Dental Cover, Bupa, Bupa Place, 102 The Quays, Salford M50 3SP.
How making a Bupa dental insurance claim works
1. Submit your claim
Submit your claim to us as soon as possible. You must submit your claim within 12 months of the date you had your treatment.
2. We process your claim
If we have all the information we need from you, or your dentist, we ll process your claim within 2 days. Over 90% of claims are finalised within 24 hours.
3. We pay your money back
Get paid the cost of your treatment into your bank account. Check your bank details are up to date.
