Ioana Dulca qualified from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj‑Napoca, Romania in 2014. After relocating to the UK in 2016, she joined Bupa Dental Care as an associate dentist, where she has been a valued member of the team ever since.

With a strong passion for restorative dentistry and endodontics, Ioana has continually invested in her professional development. In 2020, she began a master’s degree in Endodontology at the University of Chester and is currently completing her dissertation. Her long‑term goal is to become a fully accredited endodontic specialist.

Ioana is known for her meticulous, detail‑focused approach and takes great pride in providing high‑quality, ethical dental care. She also has a natural ability to support anxious patients, ensuring they feel informed, calm and reassured at every stage of treatment. Her dedication was recognised in 2023 when she was nominated for the Bupa Dental Care Dentist of the Year Award.
