Ghasoon qualified from the University of Manchester in 1999 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. In 2011, she was awarded the MJDF diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a postgraduate certificate in Endodontics from the University of Chester.

Ghasoon completed her vocational training year in Surrey and then returned home to Cheshire where she has continued to practice for the past 18 years. She is known for having a quiet and calming manner with her patients.
