A dedicated dentist, Raj practices at Bupa Dental Care Chelsea and works as a dental/implant surgeon at practices in London and Surrey alongside practising at Hampton Hill.

Training and qualifications

Raj qualified from King’s College London with several distinctions and prizes in the fields of restorative dentistry, oral surgery, children’s dental health, orthodontics and the practice of clinical dentistry. Following his finals, he received the honour of Proxime Accessit to the University of London Gold Medal.

Raj completed further training in general dental practice in Surrey and was awarded the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery (Guildford scheme) Vocational Dental Practitioner prize in 2006. He also undertook training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, restorative dentistry and implant dentistry at prestigious hospitals in and around London, and in 2011, he qualified with an MSc in implant dentistry from King’s College London.

Over the years, Raj has published in the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has had his cases published in an implant textbook written by leaders in the fields of restorative and implant dentistry. Previously, Raj was a clinical teacher at the King’s College Dental Institute, where he was involved in the supervision and training of undergraduate and postgraduate dentists.
