Following this, Adeel spent three years working in hospital dentistry as a senior house officer, where he developed skills in the fields of restorative dentistry, paediatric/community dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery. During this time, he gained Adeel's MJDF diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Between 2014 and 2017 he was a dental foundation trainer for newly qualified dentists, and also completed a master's degree in endodontics from King's College London in 2017.

Adeel graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2006. He then completed foundation training in Grayshott Surrey, winning the prize for 'Best Clinical Case' in the Surrey Dental Vocational Training Scheme 2007. In 2010, he joined a multi-specialist practice to further develop Adeel's skills in general dentistry. He has developed a reputation as a caring and competent dentist. his main interests are restorative and cosmetic dentistry, emergency care and endodontics.
