Estela also completed a full-time three-year master’s degree in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Periodontology at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. She qualified for membership in both The Royal College of Surgeons (England) and The Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).

Estela is also registered as a specialist periodontist with the GDC and accredited and registered as a member of the EFP (European Federation of Periodontology). Her academic teaching roles she has played include Clinical Lecturer and Unit Lead for the MSc in Implantology at the University of Bristol, Examiner of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh for the MPerio Diploma, Clinical Lecturer (UCL) Eastman Dental Hospital, Clinical lecturer for the Master of Science programme in Periodontics at Eastman Dental Institute and Director of the Richmond Study Club for the International Team of Implantology.

Estela is passionate about education and management of soft tissues. This extensive training has enabled her to provide state of the art treatments at the highest skill level and acquired extensive experience in clinical skills and planning of complex multidisciplinary cases.
