Myrum was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, where he served in the African Army and studied dentistry at the University of Stellenbosch.

Myrum emigrated to the UK back in 1980 and registered with the General Dental Council. Over the years, he has been both a practice owner and an associate, where he has worked hard to provide quality care for his patients.

His focus for his patients has always been about maintaining great oral health and preventative dental care. He has developed his skills to provide both cosmetic and restorative treatments and has worked closely with oral surgeons to restore lost teeth using dental implants.

He also offers snoring treatment using a mandibular advancement splint. Myrum has developed a keen interest in invisible braces and has treated many patients with Invisalign aligners.
