Dr James Morgan is a skilled dental surgeon known for his expertise in oral surgery, now providing treatment for patients at The Parade Specialist Dental Centre, Cardiff.

Training and qualifications

James completed his dental degree at King's College London School of Medicine and Dentistry at Guy's Hospital. This was followed by rigorous training in oral and implant surgery, along with high-end training in restorative dentistry. With a passion for precision and a commitment to patient well-being, Dr Morgan has earned a reputation for excellence throughout his career.

James holds a master's degree in oral surgery and a diploma in restorative dentistry, which has enabled him to perform countless successful procedures in complex oral surgery and rehabilitation of the dentition, including implants. Driven by a desire to stay at the forefront of advancements in this field, he remains actively engaged in continuing education and professional development and is a member of the British Society of Oral Surgeons (BAOS) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).

Treatments offered

Under the mentorship of renowned experts in the field, James has honed his surgical skills both at home and abroad, and in doing so developed a comprehensive understanding of oral and implant surgery, allowing him to ultimately focus on giving patients back their smiles and enabling them to have a functional dentition.

James accepts referrals for complex and failed tooth extractions, removal of wisdom teeth, along with implant surgery and bone grafting procedures.

Away from the world of dentistry James enjoys rugby, having played for both Guy’s Hospital Rugby Club and King's College London. He is also a keen gym goer, holds a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and is kept on his toes by his two dogs.
