After qualifying from King's College London, Musarat worked in general practice in Orpington and Swindon before joining the Wantage practice in 2000.

Musarat ran their own Medispa in North London for five years and was shortlisted as Private Dentist of the Year in 2010 at the Private Dentistry Awards. They were also an Invisalign Platinum Provider for several years.
