After attaining Rachel's dental nursing qualification in 2004, she gained a certificate in Radiography for Dental Nurses in 2005 at the University of Bangor. Later in 2007, she also gained a certificate in Oral Health Education from Liverpool University Dental Hospital. Rachel has also attended courses regarding functional aesthetics in clinical practice, which has provided her with the experience to make and articulate study models and use digital photography.

While assisting our dentist, James Eaton, Rachel has gained a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and implantology.
