- In these terms and conditions, references to “Bupa” are to Bupa Insurance Limited, which may act through its agent Bupa Insurance Services Limited.
- Eligible SME clients will receive access to an Employee Health Plan (that consists of either one Bupa Menopause Plan, one Bupa Period Plan or one Bupa Men’s Sexual Health Plan) for each eligible main member (“Members”) during the first year of cover (the “Offer”) when purchasing a new Bupa Select Company PMI Policy (the “Select Policy”) subject to these terms and conditions. The Offer cannot be used against any other Bupa product or service. Bupa Health Plans are provided by Bupa Occupational Health Limited.
- The Offer will apply during the first year of cover only and will not be applied in subsequent policy years. If SME clients wish to continue to have access to Menopause Plans, Period Plans or Men’s Sexual Function Plans for Members after the first year of cover, SME clients must request this at renewal of the Select Policy and pay any applicable fees and charges.
- The Offer is available to UK registered small or medium sized corporate entities (including, for example, companies, partnerships, and associations) covering between 2 and 249 members inclusive (“SME clients”) who are eligible to purchase a new Select Policy directly from Bupa.
- The Offer is available to new SME clients, including those switching from an alternative company health insurance provider, BUT is not available to the following:
- a. SME clients who purchase their Select Policy through an intermediary; or
- b. All existing Bupa clients who hold a policy for any Bupa product or service.
- The Offer is only available for new SME clients (as set out at 5 above) for whom a quote is provided for a Select Policy between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2024 inclusive. Quotes are valid for 28 days but will expire after 31 December 2024 when using our online portal Bupa Connect to create a quote or purchase online. If a quote is provided directly by a Bupa representative, the quote will be valid for 28 days regardless of the Offer end date. The Select Policy must have a start date between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2024 inclusive. Bupa’s standard Terms of Business and Bupa Select Policy Terms & Conditions will apply.
- All main members under the SME Select Policy will be eligible to access either a Menopause Plan or Period Plan or Men’s Sexual Health Plan during the first year of cover. Members who stop being employed by the SME client will not be eligible to access a Menopause Plan or Period Plan or Men’s Sexual Health Plan.
- A cancellation policy is applied to all menopause, period and men’s sexual health appointments booked but not attended. Members can change or cancel their appointment up to 5 working days before their scheduled appointment. If the eligible Member cancels with less than 5 working days’ notice, or does not attend the appointment, the Member will lose eligibility for the free Menopause Plan, Period Plan or Men’s Sexual Function Plan appointment.
- Bupa reserves the right to decline to offer a Select Policy or to agree to the inclusion of new Members in its absolute discretion, and Bupa’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final.
- Bupa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the Offer at any point without prior notice.
- The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, has no cash value/alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
- Bupa will use any personal information in accordance with its privacy notice which can be found at bupa.co.uk/privacy
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bupa and its group companies shall not be liable to the SME client or any of its employees for any claims, damages or any other losses whatsoever under or in connection with the operation of the Offer.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
