Janette qualified as a dentist in 1984 in London, before going on to work in children's dentistry, orthodontics and oral surgery.

Janette is a specialist orthodontist at the practice. They were awarded a specialist qualification in orthodontics after taking on a three-year, full-time specialist orthodontic post at Guy's Hospital, London. They have a special interest in the treatment of adult patients and provision of invisible-type appliances such as lingual appliances. These make orthodontics much more acceptable for many adult patients.
