Andrew qualified from University College London in 1987. After graduation, he took on a series of positions at University College London, gaining experience in prosthodontics (dentures) and restorative dentistry involving crowns and bridges.

Following these roles, Andrew was employed by Ipswich Hospital's oral surgery department, where he treated complex surgical cases and improved his extraction skills. In 1990 Andrew decided to move into general practice where he has remained ever since, working initially in Ipswich and then in Norwich, where until recently he owned and operated Andrew's own practice. He has a wide range of interests in dentistry and brings a wealth of experience to his new role in Dereham.
