With over a decade of experience in dentistry, Melissa has had a diverse and successful career. She started as a dental nurse and progressed to various leadership roles, including lead nurse and compliance manager, before taking on the role of practice manager.

Having worked in hospital settings and with undergraduate dentists, Melissa has gained extensive experience in managing dental practices and ensuring smooth operations. With a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour, Melissa is known for building positive relationships with patients, team members and other stakeholders, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

As a practice manager, Melissa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our practice from patient care to staff management and practice operations. Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, utilising her experience in compliance, leadership and dental nursing to ensure that our practice runs efficiently and provides the best possible care for our patients.

Since taking on the role of practice manager at Bupa Dental Care Devonshire Square in 2022, Melissa has been instrumental in leading our team to success. Her dedication to patient care, and her friendly approach and passion for dentistry make Melissa a valued member of our team.
