Miles is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and has been involved with the placement and restoration of dental implants since 2007.

Miles's one of only a handful of dentists in Europe to have become a scholar of Dawson Academy, an American academy that teaches complete dentistry involving the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), masticatory muscles and stable occlusions. He enjoys working in a team to make sure every detail is overseen and a holistic approach is applied. He can help guide patients from reconstructing failing teeth to smile design, and crafting smiles that complement and bring out the individual's character. He has studied in the USA, Europe and Hong Kong, and been mentored by some of the greatest dentists in their fields.
