Mandi graduated with merit in dentistry from Barts and the Royal London, driven by a deep passion for excellence in dentistry. Combined with a first class honours degree in oral biology, she was awarded the George Hanky Prize for the best overall student and her exceptional academic performance in 2014.

Writing her dissertation in composite restorative materials (white fillings) gave her a deeper insight into the materials used in dentistry and their properties.
