In 2010, Fayaz began providing the Invisalign system and Inman aligners, and they undertook further sedation training with a course by the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry. In 2014, they trained in short-term orthodontics and completed courses in Six Month Smiles and Cfast braces. In 2018, Fayaz completed a master's degree in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol, under the guidance of Dr Jonathan Schofield. And in 2017, they completed an MSc in Restorative Dentistry at The University of Manchester, under the guidance of Steven Davis. During their career, Fayaz has completed Straumann's Createch course in Spain, a Straumann course in Berlin and the Advanced GBR and Sinus Lift course in Bern. They also attended a course by Giestlich in peri-implantitis by Professor Lang and Professor Donos.

Fayaz can treat a range of conditions, including recession defects, peri-implantitis and chronic periodontal issues. They offer All-on-4, immediate implants fitted after extraction and techniques such as sinus lifting. They later worked for a sedation dentist at the Greater Manchester Anaesthetic Centre for two years, where Fayaz provided treatment under IV sedation. They are dedicated to patient care and continued learning and development. They undertakes all procedures using 5x magnification and have experience mentoring other dentists using virtual planning surgical placement guides.
