Alongside Manas's clinical work, they examines for both The Royal College of Surgeons of England and The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and runs hands-on courses for newly qualified dentists.

Manas has held training posts in oral and maxifollofacial surgery at several hospitals across the country. Since 2004, they have provided a full range of specialist services in oral surgery, within secondary care, supervising and training foundation dental trainees in Berkshire.
