A highly skilled hygienist and therapist, Ladislava da Prato (known to her patients as Ladi) has over 25 years of experience working in the dental industry within prestigious private and specialist practices across London's West End.

Training and qualifications

Ladislava holds an advanced postgraduate qualification in periodontal, peri-implant, soft tissue and cosmetic therapy from a multi-award winning and accomplished specialist in periodontics, Dr. Rana Al-Falaki.

Her affinity with treating dentally anxious/phobic patients led her to undertake postgraduate training in dental hypnosis, NLP, and relaxation techniques as an adjunct to dental care. She is currently a trainee Psychotherapist at NCHP (UKCP).

Ladislava has researched dental anxiety and has published it in the BSDHT dental journal and with ISDAM.

She regularly attends postgraduate training courses to keep up to date with her field techniques and developments, ensuring that her patients receive the most advanced and effective treatments.

Qualified as a dental therapist, Ladislava is skilled in all aspects of paediatric dentistry, placing fillings for adults and children and fissure sealants.

As a mother herself, she enjoys treating children of all ages. Empathetic by nature, Ladislava is particularly adept with patients who suffer from dental anxiety or fear.
