Karen joined Dental Excellence Harewood in January 2021 as our patient coordinator.
She previously worked at a busy GP surgery for the past seven years, and more recently as a patient services manager, overseeing reception and dealing with patient queries and complaints.
Karen has a secondary role as supervisor for the extended services for Leeds GP Confederation during evenings and weekends.
