Grazielle currently shares her time between her position in Bupa Dental Care and her role at King's College London as a visiting postdoctoral research associate, and another at the University of Birmingham as a senior clinical dental fieldworker and trainer.

Following Grazielle's passion for preventative dentistry, she undertook a MSc and a PhD in dental public health, and then decided to practise dentistry in the UK as a dental therapist and hygienist.
