Bupa Anytime HealthLine

For day and night nurse advice, 24/7

Our nurses can help employees with lots of health topics, including:

  • muscle, bone and joint injuries
  • surgery and back pain
  • rashes, lumps and bumps
  • vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain
  • fever, flu, cough and headache
  • unwell children, whether they're covered on your policy or not
  • travel vaccination advice

We may record or monitor our phone calls.

Family Mental HealthLine

For parents and young person carers in your team

Our advisers and mental health nurses are on hand five days a week to talk family mental health. Including:

  • a young person’s mood or behaviour has changed
  • child stress, loneliness and self-esteem
  • teens experiencing life challenges

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We may record or monitor our phone calls.

Menopause HealthLine

For helping employees manage symptoms

Employees can chat with a menopause-trained nurse 365 days a year, 8am to 8pm. We may record or monitor our phone calls.

They can talk about:

  • symptoms and what to expect
  • health, diet and exercise during the menopause
  • mental wellbeing relating to the menopause, such as stress and anxiety
  • advice on treatment options – they just can’t offer prescriptions
