Rafa graduated in 2001 from one of the top Spanish dental schools, based in Madrid. Since then, he has gained experience working in Spain and in the UK since he moved here in 2005.

Rafa has experience in cosmetic dentistry including veneers, crowns, teeth whitening and using orthodontic aligners to straighten teeth. Rafa has also been placing implants for over 10 years and he holds a three-year Master of Science in Implantology and a postgraduate certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry. Rafa has a gentle approach to every treatment and prides himself on Rafael Barrosso's work with nervous patients.
