Having graduated from Newcastle University in 1993, Nadine worked in maxillofacial surgical units in North East England from 1993 to 1999. She attained her Fellowship (FDS) at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1997. She returned to Northern Ireland in 1999 to work as a specialist in oral surgery.
