Before qualifying as a dentist, Susie trained as an electrical engineer and British army officer. In 2008, she re-trained as a dentist, qualifying from the University of Bristol in 2013.

After qualifying she re-joined the army as part of the Royal Army Dental Corps, and provided dental care to serving HM forces personnel and dependents in Germany and the UK. During this period, she completed postgraduate training, successfully completing membership of the Joint Dental Faculty examinations.

She left the military in early 2020 to join Bupa Dental Care as head of clinical policy and learning and clinical manager for Bupa’s Global Dental Working Group, and then joined the team at Holt Dental Care.

Susie enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, particularly restorative and paediatric dentistry.

She’s an Invisalign aligner provider and offers Philips Zoom! in-chair whitening treatment. Susie finds treating nervous or anxious patients particularly rewarding. She is a passionate advocate of preventative treatments to improve her patient’s oral health and prevent future issues, and prides herself on her clear communication, attention to detail and empathetic manner.
