Welcoming you to Holt Dental Care

Situated in the market town of Holt, our dental practice has been providing private dental care to the local community for over 40 years. We offer a range of treatments, including general dentistry, dental implants and teeth straightening.

We accept referrals for implants, periodontics and root canal treatment. We can also provide emergency appointments if you need to be seen quickly.

Our dental treatments and services

Our highly experienced dental team has a wealth of knowledge and delivers the dental care you would expect from a Platinum Practice as part of Bupa.

We can provide anything from routine check-ups to hygiene appointments, extractions and orthodontic treatments like Cfast. We have over eight years’ experience fitting dental implants.

We have a new dentist starting at our practice in April. She will be offering Invisalign treatment and fixed appliances.

If you have difficulty walking upstairs, you can ring the bell at the side of the entrance on your arrival. One of our reception staff will be more than happy to come assist you with operating the chair lift.

Finding our practice

You’ll find us in the centre of Holt, located above Baker and Larners food hall. If you’re driving you’ll find parking within the town, or if you’re travelling by bus there are several local buses that stop right outside the Practice.

Branded treatments and services

Whitening can be an important part of a smile makeover. We always check the suitability of your teeth, as it may not be recommended for some patients with high sensitivity. It’s important to know that we may not be able to treat all of your teeth: whitening can’t alter the colour of fillings, crowns, veneers, for example. Your dentist can explain and suggest any options open to you.

We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.

Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.

No, Bupa Dental Care practices are open to everyone. If you do have Bupa dental insurance, at selected practices we can guide you through your claim.

First, please check that our practice offers the services you’re looking for, then simply use the referral form on our contact page. Do feel free to give us a call and tell us what you’re looking for.
