Training and qualifications

Since graduating from the prestigious King’s College London, Udita has worked at several high-end practices in and around London as well as here at Bupa Dental Care Watford.

Previously, Udita has been on the editorial panel of the British Association of Dental Therapists (BADT) and currently she is the treasurer for the regional committee of The British Society of Dental Hygiene & Therapy (BSDHT). Being involved with the professional societies helps her keep up to date with any changes and advancements within the profession.

Treatments offered

Udita is known to be able to put patients at ease with her non-judgemental bedside manner and sense of humour - you can often hear her chatting away to her patients when she is in the practice. Udita prides herself at being able to support and treat patients with dental phobia or previous negative dental experiences in their dental treatment journey. Udita is passionate about helping patients feel confident in being able to look after their oral health, and advises patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive oral health care routines. She particularly enjoys the treatment and prevention of periodontal (gum) disease and is fortunate to work alongside several periodontists over the years.
