He has a particular interest in periodontics, endodontics and dental implants.

Fayaz completed his dental degree from the University of Sheffield in 2008 and subsequently gained experience in general practice. In 2010, he undertook further training with the SAAD in dental sedation and also began providing Invisalign and Inman aligner treatment.

Fayaz then spent two years working as a sedation dentist at the Greater Manchester Anaesthetic Centre, where he provided treatment under IV sedation. In 2014, Fayaz spent time training in short-term orthodontics and completed courses in Six Month Smiles, Cfast treatment, lingual braces and SmileTru braces.

In 2014, Fayaz enrolled on the prestigious MSc course in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol under the guidance of Dr Jonathan Schofield, which he completed in 2018. In 2015, he also joined the restorative MSc course at Manchester University under the guidance of Steven Davis, which he successfully completed in 2017.

Fayaz is committed to providing quality care and undertakes all his treatment with 6x magnification. He keeps his knowledge up to date and has recently been to the Besler course in Bristol, the Createch course in Spain, the Straumann course in Berlin and the Buser course in Bern.

As well as his experience providing orthodontics and sedation, Fayaz has also completed a course in peri-implantitis by Professor Lang and Professor Donos; and is trained to undertake complex implant treatment. This ranges from sinus lifts and peri-implantitis to oral rehabilitation and complex aesthetic cases.

Fayaz enjoys working with all his colleagues at Bupa Dental Care Watford because of the positive attitude and teamwork at the practice.

Richard qualified from the University of Liverpool in 1990 and spent nearly six years in general practice, which included managing patients with a spectrum of periodontal diseases. This practice was pivotal in his decision to embark on a two year part-time MSc in Periodontology at The Royal London Hospital in 1996.

He combined the course with running a practice in Finchley, London and subsequently obtained the Fellowship diplomas from both England (Restorative- 1999) and Edinburgh (Periodontics/Paedodontics- 2000). He has gained vast experience in the various posts he has held in the community, practice and hospital sectors.

Richard works as an associate specialist within the Community Dental Service in Ealing, a specialist practitioner in London and Hertfordshire and a specialist clinical teacher in periodontics at Guy’s Hospital in London.

Over the last 18 years, Richard has enthusiastically shared his knowledge and clinical expertise with other clinicians and the rest of his team. His main clinical interest is the field of periodontics, as many patients have restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic and orthodontic challenges.

She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and aims to focus on preventative and minimally invasive dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Sheffali enjoys keeping fit, travelling and good food.

In 2004, Dipti completed the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS), part one, with the Royal College of Surgeons England. The following year, she completed her vocational training before joining Bupa Dental Care Watford, in 2009, as an associate dentist. She successfully completed a course in Restorative Dentistry in 2011 at Eastman Academy in London.

Perri completed further training in orthodontics and has experience with numerous orthodontic cases, fixed and removable appliance therapy. He has also completed the certificate in Surgical and Prosthodontic Implantology course at the Eastman Dental Institute.

Having graduated from King's College in 2020, Sejal is a committed advocate for maintaining optimal oral hygiene. With a genuine enthusiasm for educating patients on the importance of oral health, Sejal utilises her expertise to provide personalised care and preventive strategies. Her commitment to fostering healthy smiles makes her an invaluable asset to our practice, ensuring that every patient receives top-notch care and guidance.

Beyond the dental realm, Sejal is not only passionate about maintaining oral hygiene, but also embraces an active lifestyle as a dedicated gym enthusiast. With a commitment to promoting overall well-being, Sejal seamlessly integrates her love for oral health and fitness, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

She enjoys caring for patients and assisting clinicians, and she is always ready to learn and try new things to expand in her knowledge and progress her career.

Catarina is passionate about animals and in her free time likes to walk outdoors, go camping, attend festivals and relax with family and friends.
