Elaine is very passionate about her profession, and considers it a privilege to accompany the patient from the beginning to the end of their treatment journey. She not only assists in surgery during the week, but also ensures the practice is compliant with CQC standards as part of Elaine's lead nurse responsibilities. She also plays a large role in mentoring our apprentice dental nurses throughout their career journey.
