Mr Fred Norman founded the practice in 1976 and still works as an associate dentist, treating old and new patients privately.

An associate of the Alexandra Road Practice since 2014, Iwona graduated and worked in Poland for 10 years.

May offers care for the whole family alongside ClearCorrect, a clear aligner to straighten teeth.

Ruth gained a degree in Dental Surgery from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa, in 1992.

Stephen is an experienced general dental practitioner with a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and medical conditions within the mouth.

Betty joined the practice in 2004 and qualified in Portugal, where she was lead nurse. Betty enjoys working with children and often goes to local schools to give dental care education to young children.

Chloe has just started her career path to becoming a dental nurse with us in September. We all look forward to watching her grow into her role.

Elaine Cooper joined the team in 1979. As lead nurse, Elaine ensures the practice and staff are compliant with CQC standards. She also mentors all our apprenticeships through their career journey.

Joanna - known to her patients as Jo - was a patient of our dentist Mr. Norman as a child and grew up intent on becoming a dental nurse.

Kelly joined our practice as a trainee dental nurse in 1999. She received her NEBDN qualification in 2004 and works in surgery and on reception.

Ligita Vaistoriene joined the practice in 2020 as an apprentice dental nurse and qualified in June 2024. She is multi-lingual and is truly an asset to our practice.

Lucy Ffloulkes embarked on her career in dentistry in 2016 and qualified in 2017. Lucy's interests lie in cosmetic dentistry.

Mandy has worked at our practice for over 35 years as a dental nurse and now as a part-time receptionist.

Sharon is our full-time receptionist. She joined the team in November 2024, and is known for being very approachable and welcoming to our patients. She brings a wealth of experience in customer service.

Laura Blackford joined our practice in May 2025 as practice coordinator. She previously worked for Bupa Dental Care in Maidstone as lead dental nurse, where she assisted with implants, sedation and other general dentistry needs.
