Here’s a quick reminder of how health assessments can help your clients going into 2022:
- Tackle the pains of home working — included with each assessment, our mobility and flexibility review can help employees work through issues like bad backs before they become bigger problems.
- Support for mental health concerns — we ask about the mind, with most plans including GP time to discuss mental and physical issues further. To help build more resilience, we also include online CBT-based programmes.
- Encourage behaviour change — 365 days of support, including coaching calls, a 24/7 nurse-led helpline and our Bupa Be.Me app for goal tracking, virtual coaching and more.
- Regular insight for clients change — if six or more of their employees attend in a year, we’ll send them updates revealing which health concerns affect their people most to help inform their wellbeing strategy.
