Shauna is qualified to apply fluoride varnish to help strengthen patients’ tooth enamel. She’s also trained to take dental impressions under the prescription of a dentist.

Over the years, Imelda has gained a wide range of experience in different aspects of dentistry including orthodontics, implants, oral surgery and general dentistry. She joined Bupa Dental Care Derry in 2021 and greatly enjoys working with the team at our busy practice.

After returning home, she joined our practice in August 2023. Eimear’s favourite aspect of the job is providing reassurance to nervous patients while supporting their needs. She particularly loves working with our hygienist as she has a keen interest in oral hygiene.
