Meet our implant dentist

Our implant dentist, Eleftherios, has been providing, teaching and researching implant dentistry since 2006. Eleftherios is skilled and experienced placing implants, as well as providing bone and soft tissue grafting techniques.

Alongside working at the practice, he’s also a specialty doctor and a teacher in oral surgery at King’s College Hospital and an honorary clinical teacher at King’s College London. So, you can rest assured you’re in safe hands.

Supporting treatments

As well as providing a range of implant treatment, we can also offer supporting treatments such as bone grafts and sinus lifts, which are sometimes necessary before dental implant treatment.

We understand that people can be nervous about visiting the dentist. That’s why we offer dental sedation for patients who are extremely anxious- so you can feel at ease during your treatment.

We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.

Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.

Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
