Dental implants in Bristol

A highly qualified, dedicated implant team

Implants and associated treatments are all we do, all day, every day, it’s what we’re known for and where our expertise lies, from single restorations to more complex, full-mouth treatments our implant clinic focuses solely on providing dental implants.

Our team places hundreds of implants a year and our expertise is supported by on-site modern technology, including a CBCT scanner, which allows us to accurately place dental implants.

We also offer supporting treatments including oral surgery, bone regeneration and block bone grafts, as well as internal and external sinus lifts.

About our implant team

Our implant dentist, Ioannis Kakisis, has been placing dental implants since 2006. He holds master's degrees in both prosthodontics and implantology and has a keen interest in full-arch restorations.

We’re here to support you through your implant journey, which is why we have a dedicated treatment coordinator at our practice to provide professional end-to-end service, from booking your first appointment, through to your surgery and follow-up appointments.

Smile in a day treatment – For a full set of replacement teeth in one day

As well as single implants, we also provide more extensive full-mouth reconstructions using smile in a day treatment. This involves replacing lots of loose, missing or failing teeth with a full set of dental implants. You can arrive at our practice in the morning and leave in the afternoon with a full set of fixed teeth. Get in touch to find out more.

What are the advantages of dental implants from Bristol Almondsbury Dental Implant Clinic?

Function: Helping improve your tooth function, dental implants provide you more freedom to enjoy foods that may have previously caused problems

Appearance: Our custom-made approach helps achieve a more natural implant appearance, matching your existing smile

Security: An implant replaces your tooth s root, creating a secure base

Preservation: This root replacement helps preserve your jawbone, which may otherwise begin to shrink, causing changes in your facial structure

Strength: The implant root is made from titanium, providing strength and stability

What is the dental implant process?

You will see an experienced dentist for your consultation, who may undertake X-rays or scans, to assess your suitability.

Your dentist will discuss your individual treatment plan, and you will be provided with a quote for your treatment.

The dental implant procedure is often performed under local anaesthetic and usually involves two separate procedures
