Philip Laws, known to patients as Phil, is experienced in both clinical and technical aspects of denture production.

Serena McKenna joined our practice in 2014. She qualified in 1990 from London University (Guy's Dental School) and has been working in general practice ever since.

Diana Nuca is an experienced dentist who qualified in 2007 with a particular interest in restorative work, composite bonding and clear aligners.

Theo Tamas provides implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry at Bupa Dental Care Poundbury.

Shahin qualified as a dentist in Romania in 1997 and was accredited as a specialist orthodontist with the General Dental Council in 2000.

Dr. Emmanouil Sifakis is a general dentist with a special interest in aesthetic dentistry

Aleksandra has a strong commitment to good quality patient care and attention to detail, and she always carefully listens to patients and tries to help them in the best possible way.

She is extremely approachable and is very popular with our patients as a result of her kind and reassuring approach.

Rebecca is very keen to keep up to date with all new classifications and protocols, bringing the utmost care to her patients. 

Casey worked as a dental nurse for six years before qualifying as a dental hygienist in 2017. She enjoys helping patients improve oral hygiene and providing reassuring treatment.

Preetika joined the practice in 2025. She qualified as a dental nurse at the University of Portsmouth in 2023 before pursuing dental hygiene and qualifying in 2025.

Barbara works with our implant dentist. She has completed the nurses post-graduate NEBDN qualification in dental radiography and has been a dental nurse for over 20 years.

Gemma joined in 2015 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2017. She has extensive customer service experience and progressed to lead receptionist. She works clinically and on reception.

Helaina joined the practice in 2013 and progressed to the role of lead dental nurse. She qualified in the postgraduate NEBDN qualification in radiography for dental nurses

Kimberly, known to patients as Kim, joined the practice in 2021 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in 2024. Kim is a valued member of the team both in surgery and on reception.

Ella joined the practice in 2023 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in 2025 and has really enjoyed gaining knowledge in the clinical field and becoming a competent dental nurse.

Abigail, known to patients as Abi, joined Poundbury in 2025 after working at another Bupa dental practice for over 10 years. She works efficiently in surgery and on reception.

Lydia completed the postgraduate NEBDN qualification in orthodontics for dental nurses in 2023. She now works on reception and in surgery, and she is also our treatment coordinator.

Evie joined the practice as a trainee dental nurse in 2024 and is shortly to complete her qualification. Evie is highly competent in dental nursing and also works on reception.

Suzanne, known to patients as Suzy, is our practice manager. She managed another Bupa dental practice for over 20 years before moving to Poundbury as practice manager.
