Amir holds double degrees in biomedical materials science and engineering from Queen Mary University of London, as well as a degree in dentistry from Charles University in Prague.

Andreana practises all aspects of dentistry but has a special interest in orthodontics.

Chris has a keen interest in restorative dentistry. He takes a conservative approach to treatments while working with modern materials.

Edward is a qualified and experienced restorative, implant and cosmetic dentist.

In 1992, Elwira qualified from the Medical University of Szczecin, Poland, before completing postgraduate training in general dentistry and prosthodontics. She has many years of experience working as a dentist in Poland, Sweden and the UK.

From 2011, Jelena worked in practices in South West London and completed courses in endodontics and advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

Graduating in 2000, Matthew provides general dentistry and has an interest in facial aesthetics and endodontics (root canal therapy).

Konstanty Kostiw is a patient‑focused general dentist known for his gentle approach, clear communication and commitment to modern, high‑quality dental care.

Nicholas enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a keen interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He's passionate about providing quality dental care.

Victoria is patient focused while skillfully providing aesthetic and restorative dentistry. She enhances her expertise by attending top level courses with the latest advancements in dentistry

A dedicated hygienist, Hannah has an empathetic nature and thorough approach. She began her career as a dental nurse in Cardiff in 2008, before qualifying as a dental therapist from the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy.

James joined the Winchester team in 2011 and has interests include periodontics (gum treatment), paediatrics and working with nervous patients.

After qualifying from the University Dental Hospital of Manchester in 1991, Kendal worked in North West England until 1997, before relocating to the south.

Wendy has spent her career in the community dental service and private dental practice. She often spends her free time visiting schools and youth groups to educate children on oral health.

With a passion for oral health and a desire to expand her expertise, she gained valuable experience and qualifications in orthodontics and later took on the role of practice manager.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Grant has been living in the UK since 2006 and completed his BSc Hons in Dental Hygiene at the University of Portsmouth in 2024.

Anu is enjoying her nursing course so far. She likes being part of the Bupa Dental Care Winchester team, with co-workers helping her to develop her skills. Every day is different for her with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills.

Since starting with us in 2021, Cara has learnt plenty about dental nursing and really enjoys her job.

Jyoti Sapkota has been a dental nurse at Bupa Dental Care since January 2022, and began her career as a trainee. Her favourite aspect of her role is working with the team to make a real difference.

With over 20 years' experience working at our practice, Claire enjoys working with our endodontist and implant dentist and has a keen interest in sedation and minor oral surgery.

Shirley Rumbol has been a dental nurse with Bupa Dental Care for nine years. She enjoys working with nervous patients and providing general patient care.

Emily enjoys working closely with our orthodontic specialist, as well as supporting general dentists and oral surgeons. She has completed the Aspiring Leadership Programme.

Jade qualified in October 2024 and is now completing a radiography course while taking on a wider administrative role as treatment coordinator.

Originally from Essex, Robyn moved to Hampshire three years ago and joined the team here at Bupa Dental Care Winchester in June 2021. She's currently training to be a dental nurse, and brings over 10 years' experience in the customer service industry to our professional team.

Sarah has worked as a dental nurse for nearly 30 years and enjoys every aspect of her role.

Originally from Bulgaria, Stefanka - known as Steff - moved to the UK in 2009. After qualifying as a dental nurse in 2013, she embarked on a five-year adventure before joining us at Bupa Dental Care Winchester in 2020.

Alongside her work in general dentistry, Chloe also supports our endodontic specialists, ensuring complex treatments run smoothly and that patients feel informed and cared for.

Deborah Offin is one of our trainee nurses. She enjoys working with general dentists and supporting the patients.

Amber Edmunds is a dedicated trainee dental nurse. She is passionate about delivering calm, reassuring support to patients while assisting the dental team with high‑quality chairside care.

Jess Dunney has a passion for endodontics and finds dental hygiene especially fascinating. She aims to head to university to study hygiene and turn this into her long‑term career.

Kelly is a qualified dental nurse and has worked in private practices since qualifying in 2016. After deciding to pursue a more administrative role, she joined the reception team here at Bupa Dental Care Winchester in 2022.

Hazel Walsh started in 2026 and likes interacting with the patients, learning the new processes and the team she works closely alongside.

With a passion for people and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, Shivani continues to make a meaningful impact every day at Bupa.

Lee Onslow has worked at our practice since 2009, first in general dentistry and then with our endodontist. Lee now enjoys her role as a receptionist.

With a background in care and experience as a business development manager who helped to establish a multidisciplinary polyclinic, Charlotte brings compassion and organisation.

Throughout her career, Lauren has successfully led several large teams, bringing strong leadership and a patient‑centred approach to every role.
