Book a digital healthcare appointment
It’s easy to book an appointment using the My Bupa app. Just choose ‘Treatment and care’ on the home screen to get started.
You’ll need to answer a few questions about your medical history and symptoms, then pick a date and time when you’re available.
You can speak to a GP or advanced nurse practitioner from 6am to 10pm on weekdays or 8am to 10pm on weekends and bank holidays.
When you join your appointment
We’ll listen to your concerns, talk through your symptoms, and answer any questions you have. We can explain your treatment options and help you understand what to do next.
If you need further treatment, we’ll check that it’s included in your cover. Once we’ve confirmed that it is, we'll help you find the right specialist for your needs.
We’ll give you a ‘pre-authorisation’ code, which you’ll show to your specialist when you see them - this just lets them know that Bupa has approved your treatment.
