From a young age I've never liked the dentist and perhaps didn't go as often as I should have.
Then as I started getting older, I was getting more pain and more issues with my teeth, which ultimately led to quite severe gum disease.
It got to a stage where I couldn't eat hot food and I couldn't drink anything cold, and it was really upsetting not to be able to enjoy good food at a reasonable temperature.
I was very anxious when I came here because I've had a fear of the dentist for many years.
I was very concerned that they would look down on me because I'd allowed my teeth to get in such a dreadful state, so I felt a bit embarrassed about my condition.
But I have to say that Anthony was very empathetic, totally non-judgemental, put me at ease and calmed me down.
I have to say I did not have my teeth done for cosmetic reasons.
It was purely so that I could eat and drink in the future and not worry about what was going to happen to my teeth.
And I will never forget seeing my smile in that mirror for the first time.
It was absolutely incredible.
If I was in a group having photographs, I'd try and hide and I wouldn't smile.
I'd sort of give a half grimace, really.
Now I'm at the front beaming, not just smiling, absolutely beaming.
And it's given me a huge amount of self-confidence as well, and I just feel so much better about myself.
Interestingly, before I had my teeth done, I used to have lots of dreams about my teeth falling out, and I've never had a dream like that since I had my teeth done.
I would pay double for the pleasure that I've got out of it.
You can't put a figure on the enjoyment, the happiness, the confidence that having my teeth done has given me. It's been fantastic.
I would highly recommend it to anybody who's even vaguely considering it because, for me, the outcome has really been life-changing in ways that I didn't envisage.
